About Us
Tanja & Sonia took over Kylesku Hotel in 2009 with a vision for a relaxed, welcoming restaurant in the northwest Highlands, specialising in fresh, ultra-local, seasonal food using the best ingredients. The historic hotel now has a team of up to 25 dedicated professionals who have helped us to win numerous hospitality and restaurant awards and (more importantly!) create the special guest experience here at Kylesku Hotel.

The Hotel, Restaurant and Bar are closed for our winter break from 30th November 2020 at 10.30am.
We are currently aiming to re-open at midday on Monday 15th March 2021. This date will be reviewed in line with national and local governmental Covid-19 restrictions and so may be subject to change.
