The Kylesku management team are four exceptional hospitality professionals who oversee hotel operations, restaurant front of house, and the splendid Kylesku bar. They’re also responsible for staff training and building the strong team that makes our hotel so special.

Adam
General MANAGER
Before joining the Kylesku team in 2018, Adam worked in hospitality for over 16 years. He ran his own pub before embarking on travels with his wife, Rachael, which has led him to settle here in Assynt and start a family.
Tranquil, welcoming, rewarding.

Sophie
MANAGER
Sophie comes from Oxfordshire and first worked at Kylesku in 2009, rejoining the management team in 2017. Married to Stuart, she has three young children, two of whom attend the local primary school in Scourie.
One-off experience.
Oldshoremore Beach. Most beautiful beach in the world, unless the cows are roaming on it.
I have three children – I have no free time!

Eilidh
MANAGER
Aberdeenshire native, keen linguist, and recent graduate from the University of Edinburgh, Eilidh is a north highlands enthusiast looking for a career in hospitality management. Loves walking, sea swimming, and otter spotting.
Rhue lighthouse at sunset, just don’t get caught out by the tide!
Ticking off every beach in the north-west to find the best swimming spot.
