At the Kylesku Hotel, we know a trip to Kylesku means an opportunity to escape the bustle of daily life, leaving it all behind for the beautiful tranquillity of our Highland home.

We believe our passion for guest care and commitment to the time-honoured, traditional Highland welcome is a genuine point of difference, and will always remain at the heart of what we do. You can rest assured that our aim remains for you to get the most enjoyment possible from your time with us, in the natural splendour of the Highlands.

The information below to will allow you to see how we are applying our characteristic high level of scrutiny to allow you to relax and enjoy your time with us, whist we minimise any risk from coronavirus, the impact our measures have on the environment, and maximise the safety of our local community, employees and you. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

For those of you coming to stay with us, you will receive a summary of relevant adaptations in your pre-arrival email, for those joining us for a meal, or stopping by to collect a takeaway, or anyone wanting more detailed information on our new practices, please read about them below.

Our cancellation policy

It is our policy to encourage full compliance with all local, national and international protocols aimed at controlling the spread of Covid-19 and minimising its disruptive impact on all of us. As such, we will not be charging any cancellation fees for bookings cancelled as a direct result of any official restrictions on movement, or any requirement to quarantine.

From Monday 12th April 2021, our standard cancellation terms will apply.

In order to help us minimise the impact of any cancellations, please get in touch with us at the earliest possible opportunity to discuss amending your booking, should the need arise.
