Whilst 2020 certainly had its fair few challenges, we saw a record-breaking year at Kylesku Hotel! Despite being closed from March till mid-July, we were phenomenally busy, and the following few months were some of our best yet.

We seen people from all over the UK come to visit us and relish in the freedom and beautiful outdoor spaces that the Scottish Highlands has to offer. After all, if the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that there really is nothing quite like being outdoors and enjoying some fresh air and nature!

That’s why we need some amazing new staff to support our hard-working team!


Our 2021 Jobs in the Highlands

We are currently recruiting for a number of fantastic new hotel jobs in the highlands, including:

Kitchen Team 

  • Chef de Partie
  • KP

Restaurant and Hotel Team 

  • Housekeeping
  • Restaurant Service
  • Bar
  • Or a combination of the three

Our 2021 season will run until December. There will be a range of permanent and seasonal positions available, as well as some temporary opportunities in the Summer when our season reaches its peak.

We’re an award-winning Scottish Hotel and Restaurant so we are looking for professional individuals with lots experience, ambition and dedication. However, we’re also firm believers that despite our national accolades, it is our warm welcome for both our guests and new staff members that keep people coming back to us. All our staff get 2 days off per week, so you’ll also have plenty of time to explore the famous North-West of Scotland. If you come with a friend or partner, we’ll also do our best to match up your rotas so that you can enjoy the surroundings together.
