Kylesku Hotel’s restaurant serves the best quality local ingredients to bring out their wonderful fresh flavours. You’ll find ultra-local seafood straight from the loch, fish from nearby coastal waters, and pork and beef from our crofter neighbours, all served to mouth-watering perfection. We strive to source from sustainable local producers wherever possible, whether for the restaurant or our well-stocked bar. Meet our suppliers and enjoy discovering the best of Scotland’s larder.
